      Pros

      Fun job people are cool. Always changing commission structure makes it impossible to exceed quota. All customer service, assistant managers have been laid off all middle management in Corp laid off. Too much work for 1 person.

      Pros

      Great pay, great opportunity for advancement. Lots of internal perks for employees. Great 401k. Off-site travel can be fun good perdium when traveling.

      Cons

      Weekend work, sales can be difficult. Persistent monthly goal can be difficult to achieve since competition has several counter offers.
