Too much of work and very expectation Simple rule....work work work and work above that they dont appreciate the work u do
Cons
Avoid unless you dont have a third option high deliver pressure for atleast the contractors, as company has there view because they are paying. no work life balance working on the weekend without over pay is normal Every month u see faces changing there....very unstable company to be in Find better option where they value u r work
