Pros

Good Salary, good benefits (medical,dental) tuition reinbursement available if it suits business needs. 401K good. that's about it

Cons

Toxic culture between management and union. Upper management lumps both the union and local management into one group. Declining business means less job security.

The salary is good. The benefits is good. The vacation time is good.

Cons

Hostal environment, very tense, very uncomfortable, unappreciated, no compromised, low morale, not knowing whats going to happen next, do what I say or die company.
