Pros

Compensation is good. Benefits are excellent. Working in Basking Ridge, you can network a lot with management.

Cons

Old fashioned work culture, lots of workplace politics, no work from home. Sometimes expected to work long hours. Entry level positions are given a lot of boring busy work.

Pros

The pay and benefits as an employee are good. Offers educational reimbursement as well as several online educational opportunities. Work from home is a possibility.

Cons

Very stressful and thankless position. Often expected to provide support for proprietary systems and software with no prior exposure to them. Not a fan of surprise overtime when you're already working a 10 hour shift with a half hour lunch.
