Great pay and benifits, direct management very understanding of time off needed with family and for health reasons.

Cons

Constant threat of layoffs, upper management clueless of value that workers provide.

Pros

There is a lot of new technology at Verizon and lot depends on where you work and who you work for. The benefits are good and the pay is good.

Cons

Management has not explained that changes that are going on within the company in a decent manor. A large portion of the workers were moved from salary to hourly and any questions were met with incomplete response or that they need to check on it. We get told things by managers that never are written down or become policy.

Great benifits, decent pay, nice work facilities

Cons

Endless layoffs! Leadership is two faced on topic, gives false hopes about layoffs, claiming if company is doing good and the numbers are met that the layoffs will end, then turn around and let go of 10% across the board even when numbers are met, and continue outsource efforts to India & Philippines. Layoffs have seriously impacted stability, most of the company is struggling to survive with limited staff.
