Pros

It has a good reputation in the telecommunication industry. It has good benefits and lot to learn. It also has lot of opportunities in the wireless side.

Cons

Since the telecom industry is falling because of wireless and competition, there aren't a lot new opportunities for employees. Also, a lot of rifs is making the atmosphere bad.

Pros

Leading edge of technology, excellent management, very entrepreneurial job function, lot of latitude to excel. Great compensation package. Very easy to communicate with management. All employees are always aware of the direction in which the company is headed. Strategy is sound and well communicated. Benefits package is the best that I am aware of, and results in extra cash to employee rather than stupid perks that no one cares about.

Cons

Not everyone is as interested in movinig forward. As a result, desrving candidates may not always be easy to spot and reward. Other than that, None that I can think of, really.
