Pros

For the most part a good working environment, Good benefits and bonus structure, and some nice discounts. Great co workers, some of the best I worked with in my life.

Cons

No chance or room of growth, unorganized training, fear of layoffs, bad upper management, disconnect between senior leadership and the employees, Made a lot of bad decisions by upper management that caused the recent $13k+ layoffs.

Pros

Its a pretty easy/ chill company to work at and it's pretty easy to switch to another role within the company (it's highly encouraged). To switch roles, the required skills aren't too strict as I know someone who went from marketing to

Cons

The base pay is low compared to other companies in the area. As a new graduate I also feel like I would want a role that is more challenging. Its a great place to work if you have commitments, such as family. The demographic is also mostly men in their 40s.
