Great benefits and schedule

Pros

Good compensation and medical benefits yearly bonus. Schedule is flexible. Managers will typically let you do what you want because they don't understand what you do

Cons

Most managers will focus on sales and not operations which is typical, and frustrating when your told from upper management to help control discounting

Great Pay and benefits. Company as a whole has wonderful corporate outlook but breaks down at store level.

Cons

Unrealistic sales expectations, which forces you to coheres customers into products they don't need. Schedules are hard for those who value family.
