Pros

Great benefits offered to employees

Cons

Little opportunity to move up in organization unless you plan to move to New York, New Jersey or Texas as most non-retail staff is housed only in these locations.

Pros

I enjoy supporting production testing and tools optimization team. It's a great ongoing learning experience to partner with employees across the enterprise. I most standing-up functionalities and processes along with completing projects.

Cons

Because this is a larger corporation, sometimes there is slow movement on obtaining approval on changes that may positively impact employees and customers.
