Management structure and workplace environment can be depressing. Managers are not working in best interest of operators.

Pros

The pay, benefits and paid vacation were great. Building was in a beautiful location, overlooking the beach.

Cons

The customers could be very rude. Scheduled hours weren't that great. Manager's were very two faced.
