Pros
Excellent healthcare and benefits. Generous time off and work life balance. Generous annual bonus.
Cons
Lack of vision in Sr. Leadership within Professional services about how consultants work. Too much focus on utilization without any other key performance indicators. Also a lack of understanding on work from home as the organization seems to be moving in a direction of wanting their consultants to come into Verizon facilities even though the work done has nothing to do with being in a facility.
