Pros

It used to be a good place to work. VZ bought out Vodafone and believed they were the reason for the success of Wireless. The wheels have been coming off for years. The arrogance to think that you can prioritize anything but great execution and still be successful is astounding. It feels like working for the government with all of the layers of bureaucracy and the multitude of really dumb decisions. Verizon is much closer to ending up in the dustbin of history with the likes of Sprint and Nextel than anyone thinks.

Cons

The new logo looks like Netflix had an accident.

Pros

Great company to work with.

Cons

Standard office politics found in other corporate companies. Nothing out of the ordinary.
