Pros

Good talented people to work with. Great technology. Good user base (wireline & wireless customers) to introduce new Products, services, platforms, etc.

Cons

Leadership/Management aren’t transparent. You need to pay top $$$ to hire & retain good talent. no RSU’s or ESPP’s for all (only Dir + get it, which is not industry standard).
