      Environment is modern and retro. Onsite cafeteria. 50% off wireless services for full-time employees. $25 monthly credit toward land-line service for full-time employees. Global staff. Intelligent employees. Career opportunities across many regions.

      Cons

      Work life balance needs lots of work, management expects you be abreast of hot / critical issues during times of off hours. Calls you directly when off-shift if you're a manager or focal point of contact on accounts versus engaging the manager on duty. Has an expectation that reports will be ready for an early morning presentation although data is only available during off -shift time causing you to have to work and prepare during off-shift hours without any additional compensation even on weekend days.
