      Pros

      Everyone is fairly professional without being too stuffy. Sometimes things are slowed because of bureaucracy of large organization. Good benefits. Good in-house training....poor on obtaining training outside of the organization.

      poor on obtaining training outside of the organization. You never know when they will reduce the force.
