Pros

Solid pay in some positions. Call center positions have consistent hours with shift bids based on productivity.

Cons

Raises each year do not even keep up with rate of inflation for performing employees and barely keep up for leading employees. Multiple store managers last year died due to suicide. The pressure on managers in this company are absurd. "It's all about the customer experience" but God help you if you don't stuff accessories down your customer's throats. No family balance,

Quota Too High

Pros

The company offers an amazing discount on services. The benefit package offered was really nice too. I will miss those two things only.

Cons

Sales quotas were too high and the amount you could make for commission kept getting lower and lower. This created a lot of hostility between employees that were trying to maintain their standard of living.
