Pros

Decent money (hourly/individual commission) Benefits Employee discount on plan Casual attire (sneaks, black pants/blue jeans, shirts provided)

Cons

The stress over your bucket requirement is too much when traffic is not what it used to be and they only want new lines Inconsistency in requirements and commissions Write ups for not being 80% when going out on leave during the month Disconnect from the high ups vs stores
