Pros

Benefits that you can get at any corporate job Made a lot of friends

Cons

Lots of layoffs, terrible products, outsourcing of customer service overseas, continues to manipulate a comp plan that isn't very black and white in order to take more money for their CEO and everyone in the upper management has to gulp down kool-aid. Its a sinking ship. Employees don't even know what they make per sale. It's all smoke and mirrors.
