Highest 401k match I've seen at any company, Stock Awards, Impressive Health Benefits, Ability to make some serious money on commissions, Discount on Service, Cares about their employees, encouraged to move up within the company.

the customers suck, managers get commission based on ur performance which can be overwhelming, large learning curve
