Pros

Good base pay. Great management. Competitive sales commission and kicker model; can expect to make $800-1000 a month just off commissions if you're at a busier store. Tons of overtime pay. If you show up on time and you put in even the smallest amount of effort, you're going to be fine. All in all highly recommend as an entry level job.

Cons

Very demanding schedule. I found it hard to balance my work life balance as a student working full time here. Management locally is phasing out part time positions which is a bummer since that would fit my situation perfectly.
