Pros

The medical benefits, and the vacation time of 3 weeks.

Cons

Required to cold call current customers constantly. A minimum of 30 cold calls a day, sometimes double that. These calls will never work to drive sales. Not one sale in 4 years from thousands and thousands of cold calls. Same for all my co-workers. Horrible expensive plans to sell, worthless internet, terrible coverage for 5g. Required to sell useless items constantly like the streaming and insurance. Really high quotas. Everyone is signing up for service with the competition. Lots of chargebacks (returns of new service) due to worthles 5g coverage and people never getting promo credits, and foreign useless customer service. This will make you start in the hole every month with a major deficit, on top of the outrageous quotas. The entire company is now a Woke DEI nightmare!
