Pros

great benefits, great pay, great union contract, community involvement, you get to learn an industry and skills that will help you in many other job fields

Cons

horrible management, managers have no respect for each other nor their subordinates, no advancement, promotion based on who you know and not what you know ..not a professional environment at all....company success based on dupping their clients... you have to check your ethics at the door every time you enter the office.

Pros

Decent pay as sales rep good benifits Huge product line up great product demo locations every where the ability to transfer almost any where tons of training

Cons

The company really dosnt care about you at all. They try to make it seem like they do but they dont. Typical crappy retail hours. No idea what a holiday is. Everything is a fire drill with this company. Upper management has little to no idea what the sales force does on a daily baisis

Pros

Opportunities to advance paid for my masters

Cons

Due to reductions in force now too stressful, too much work, not enough staff. Focus has changed from providing superior customer service to just focusing on the sales
