Pros

Pay - quite possible to make 100k Benefits - 401k 100% up to 6% of pay Flexibility of Outside Sales

Cons

Micromanagement - This is really my only major beef but it is suffocating. I average 3-5 calls from sales manager per day. Internal Competition - I have lost deals not to Sprint or ATT but our own retail stores, indirect stores, and other VZW business reps. There is no account protection.

Pros

There was a very good, very comprehensive benefits package that was competitive with most large corporations. As good a relocation program as could ever be wanted. Nice coworkers.

Cons

Declining industry. Difficult to imagine large numbers of people coming to the company in the future. There have been large lay-offs in the last few years and they will continue for the foreseeable future.
