Pros

It is often hard to leave Verizon Wireless since the compensation is so good in comparison. You must really work in order to get it hough. Most managers support their staff well. Excellent training and benefits. Competitive compensation. Free work phone, and 50% off your Verizon bill.

Cons

Customers are horrible to you, management is consistantly changing metrics that your performance is judged based on, and compensation structure is always changing. It is a tech company so you must be able to "embrace change". A new key metric comes up every month that you must focus on or you are not performing well. Often metrics that increase compensation are in direct conflict with these "key performance indicators". Hours are horrible and the hours you are expected to work are consistantly changing. Difficult to have any family life as things are never consistant.
