Pros

Best pay in industry in terms of base and commission, benefits also good including solid health care, 401K, tuition assistance, adoption assistance, partner benefits, etc. Lot of promotion from within with typical combination of politics and merit. For career minded and "lifers" this is the best place to be for wireless.

Cons

Pay and benefits cut over time and results demanded increases exponentially. A lot of internal competition with other sales channels including own resellers that create conflict and mistrust. Most importantly, culture exists only in webinars and pamphlets. Employee morale abnormally low and openly ignored to the point of irony.
