Pros

For freshers good place to work. Pays better than the market. Flexible work hours. Good respect to employees. For a self learner there are lot of sources for learning. You will hardly find a manager from whom you can learn some thing..

Cons

Appraisals and Promotions not just based on your performance though they say it so in the policy document. It all depends how close you are to your manager and DH. If you r an excellent employee and you are dumb, you will sit in the same role for years. Most of managers are tend to lie and make false promises. They will say something to you but never do any thing for you.

Pros

Great benefits and a good sales commissions for the sales reps. The majority of the cowokers can be really great to talk to and work with.

Cons

Horrible managers that feed off of typical sales slogans or simply say no excuses when the majority of the time they are the sole reason for sale issues. EVERYTHING you sell is tracked like sports stats and are set at an extreme expectation for the month. Managers will hand off profitable sales to their friends and the unprofitable or hurtful sales are usually the only ones handed around.

Pros

The hourly rate isn't bad and the benefits are great. 50% on wireless service is awesome but could be better. Tuition Reimbursement program helped me graduate with a bachelors degree in marketing. I'm trying to think of more positives but I guess that's pretty much it.

Cons

Commissions have decreased about 50% year over year. Very difficult to balance personal/work life. Hard to move up in position regardless of longstanding leading performance in current role. Most stores are understaffed which make the job more demanding during peak hours. Managers are incompetent and inconsiderate.
