Pros

Friendly atmosphere, many worthwhile events, and valuable training sessions. Hourly pay is also very good (approx $17 per hour). Interns can begin contributing to a 401k with the company. The company intends to breed interns into full time employees. Definately worth working at the headquarters as opposed to one of Verizon's small offices as the majority of its senior leadership is positioned in Basking Ridge.

Cons

Technical support issues with passwords/logon screens is highly frustrating. Little supervision of employees often leads to wandering minds. Need to better explain the steps that need to be taken to transition to a full time employee.
