Pros

Verizon offers many career opportunities for those willing to travel to areas that have call centers, and larger facilities. Tuition reimbursement is offered to help make yourself more marketable and a competitive package for insurance and investments.

Cons

Going into the retail channel you must be able to adapt to changing metrics, have a drive for success. This is not the place to work if you aren't driven with the metrics and expectations you will find yourself quickly worked out of the company.
