True single global organization with strong corporate culture and strong cooperation on a world-wide basis. Everyone understands the corporate way and everyone works together well. Little to no internal competition. Ability to change position and geographic location to nearly anywhere in the world.
Cons
Most ressources and positions are over-tasked, leading to constant jugling between critical projects, which may lead to ressourcing and continuity challenges on critical projects, which in turn generates even more unnecessary work to manage contingency. Strong Blackberry - adicted culture, too many internal emails, and work life too invasive into private life
