Pros

- Brand - Some good executives - Relatively stable at the moment - International/Global outlook at times - Support external training costs

Cons

- Absolutely zero focus on career development, a lot of talk and no walk - Extremly political, everything incl. promotions is based on politics - Very little recognition for performance, or even care about performance

Pros

Great pay and good benefits but not worth loosing your health

Cons

Never, ever work in a Verizon Call Center. High stress with horrible management and expectations. I worked for them for 6 years and watched my health go down hill. Horrible, horrible job. It's not worth the money.
