      Very unfair place to work...can't have a personal life.....

      Benefits are great The pay is very good compared to other retail positions

      Cons

      Can't have a personal life....don't get out of work until 10:30pm alot of the time Unfair ways we are judged as sales reps. They want us to be like car sales men and I refuse to do that. I believe in giving the customer what they need and want. Company has gotten very greedy. They care much much much more about an "audit hit" then satisfying the customer!!!!

      Superior product interesting, intelligent co-workers advancement opportunities are there if you play the game right

      too many meetings means a lot of tedious reporting and less time for real productive work!

      Pros

      The people are fun. Most of the employees are young including the supervisors. It's really easy to get along with everyone there. The benefits are fantastic and there are always fun employee appreciation days and incentive programs.

      Cons

      The customers that you have to deal with are sometimes frustrating, but all in all it's a decent place to work. Just don't expect much in the way of opportunities to advance.
