Pros

Emphasis on internal promotion and pay in comparison to competition are the reason i accepted the job. benefits, available resources for career advancement, open door policy, etc.

Cons

Mainly retail hours, but that's expected with the position. Overtime is usual, you work more hours than 40 then are sent home early to comply with schedule. That makes you miss opportunities for sales in this position if you stay after for a customer issue then are sent home early later in the week due to overtime.
