Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Pushes you to achieve lofty goals.

Cons

Very stressful and hard to take time off in this role. 70+ thousand employees; you tend to sometimes get lost in the shuffle. Dealing with other internal departments can be frustrating.

Decent pay Decent benefits, including employee rate plans for cellular service If you are willing to relocate, good opportunities for advancement

Cons

Unorganized Didn't support a healthy balance between work & personal time (I once was chastised for skipping a BBB meeting for my child's PTA meeting) Unresponsive upper management

Pros

Benefits are better than most companies. The work/life balance was very good and rarely expected to work beyond 40 hrs/week.

Cons

Ongoing RIFs has everyone on edge. Employees tend to do what they can to protect their turf and not necessarily the best solution for the company.
