1. The ability to work from home 2. Good benefits

Cons

1. Way too many incompetent people here at Verizon. Verizon can probably fire 90% of staff and still not feel a difference in service quality that's being delivered to customers. 2. Too many procedures and tools without any insight on how to execute them efficiently, thus leading to customer dissatisfactions.

Great benefits and comparable pay rate. The environment, coworkers and management were all pleasant. Flexible telecommute schedule.

Cons

Constant reorganizations and layoffs. Constant layoffs made it pretty stressful to cope with on a yearly basis.. sometimes twice a year!
