Pros

I worked in R&D team of Bengaluru, liked the work culture and have a lot of opportunities to improve your technical skills. Based on your skill set, you will be rewarded in verizon.

Cons

Didn't feel negative about this company.

Pros

Pretty good benefit and there is a push from top to switch to cloud and DevOps model, so there are good opportunities to learn and practice new skill.

Cons

Company is too bureaucratic. There are union on strike and I was asked to do something that I totally didn't like. Management are generally not nice

Pros

Laid back environment. I like the fact that this a huge organazation which has the feel of a startup environment within individual teams

Cons

The only downside I feel is the bureaucracy, too many people involved in making simple process changes.
