Pros

The health benefits and 401k are the best things about working at this company. The overall benefit package is solid compared to the competition.

Cons

It is surprising that the company lacks good process and procedures. Some managers try to address this issue, but politics seem to get into the way. Most career advancement requires being on the east coast. Talent is not developed and you could get stuck doing the same thing for your entire career,

Pros

Job stability, good opportunities to move around within the company and decent salaries

Cons

There is too much bureacracy that leads to frustration. Nowadays the morale is very low everywhere, management is trying to consolidate systems globally, resulting in unnecessary redundant work. Several departments have not enough resources to do the daily work that constantly pile up. Management has very high expectactions and they are constantly raising the bar. Not the same company any more unfortunately.
