      Pros

      Benefits are great. Hybrid work environment (most are in office 2 days/week). I've enjoyed the leaders...especially lower level.

      Cons

      Lots of hierarchy movement. Pay is decent but could be better. You'll often see mergers and voluntary separation leaves.
