Pros

The company offers world class benefits that include medical, dental, vision, employee assistance, major discounts on gyms, and generous time off. Tuition vouchers and the ability to get multiple certificates are game changers.

Cons

The environment is very bureaucratic and impersonal. Politics often gets in the way of the best business decisions. The siloed nature of each work group, where executives look out for their departments rather than the overall business goals, is a hindrance to the company.

Pros

Wages are decent. Benefits are above average, but the cost is steadily increasing.

Cons

You are only a number. The culture has changed in a negative way from when I started with the company. Upper management has made critical mistakes over the past few years, but the individual contributors are made to pay the price.
