Pros

The pay is decent and I'll explain why decent in my cons. Benefits are not what they were, but are ok.

Cons

I choose decent due to all the added duties they try and throw on top of what you already do; such as sales and attachments to a Technical Support Role as defined by their own handbook. Benefits are ok, but management keeps chipping away at them every chance they can. They use the phrase "needs of the business" every time they try to add more and more goals when the Union fights it they use needs of the business without ever coming up with what exactly those needs are or how they pertain to your current position/role. Management is horrible at best, they try and act like your friend but will/have seen them use everything they have to fire someone. Unrealistic lofty goals set up just so first level on up of management can make their bonus while trying at the same time to save face from their boss. Horrible environment which I have seen cause many people on both sides of the equation, union/management, to go out on stress have heart attacks, suffer from poor health conditions, etc.. dirt poor work family Balance, and don't even get me started on what their outside techs have to go through on a daily basis(I was one of them also)

Pros

relaxed envirnment IF you fulfill your sales quota, hourly pay decent for entry level sales, nice coe workers that want to help you succeed. very nice company discount of cellular service

Cons

sales quota can be high and unatatinable at times due to unforseen customer flow.long work weeks during holiday season, 70 hour weeks, few days off if any during holidays. lack luster sales training. Retail hours, dont expect to have a life outside of work
