Pros

Good Benefits. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Too many employee transitions. Old school cubical work environment isn't friendly. No coffee either!

Pros

A great company overall. I has great benefits package.

Cons

The way the company is run is a bit slipshod. The trend is to be google-like, but fails on so many levels. Management doesn't really care about the workers, just as long as the job is done. There is a pretense that management cares, but your response falls on deaf ears.

Pros

Above average salary and benefits (401k, health, profit sharing). Good to get your career started bad for everything else.

Cons

Outsourcing, contractors, heavy vendor and adquisition driven company. Talent retention and development not at its core. Their priorities are stockholders, customers, and then employees in an ever more competitive environment for talent to drive business revenue.
