Pros

The Pay and medical benefits are good for a single person in the DMV area. Weekly pay as it s Sun - Sat.

Cons

Scheduling is based on tenure rather than stats. Your schedule will change every 3 months. The work life balance is not good. You get two weeks of vacation. 5 days of days you can spread out, and 5 days that HAVE to be used as a week. Your vacation time is used for sick time, so those 5 days can be used up quick if you have young kids that get sick or if you get sick. In your first year you only get the 5 day week vacation instead of being able to spread it out in the year, Everyone works weekends, and you get a rotating weekend off once a month. This throws off the scheduling as your weeks aren't predictable and have to review your schedule almost daily to ensure you don't accidentally forget a day you are supposed to work. With the scheduling changing every three months, it makes it difficult to plan days off for myself or when my kid has school related activities. You can swap days with other agents IF someone agrees to it. If not, then you will be missing those activities. Customer service will always have it's good and bad days, so there are no specifics about speaking with customer's. The company's policies though make it hard to want to stay. Employees have to pay full price for the cable products and they get a minor discount on internet/cell.
