Pros
Great PPO insurance options. If you’re good at sales you make a lot of money.
Cons
Mandatory weekends and holidays. No work life balance. There’s like 3 months out of the year you cannot take any time off. Only get 5 sick days the entire year after that there’s write ups/possible termination. Every year there’s two days of mandatory overtime of 14+ hours. Don’t plan on having much plans besides working. Once you’re in retail the only way to get out of retail is to get promoted within retail first and it just gets worse then. If you’re going to work for Verizon try applying to other positions first so you don’t get stuck in retail.
