Pros

Depending on where you live, Verizon is a phenomenal company to work for. If you take advantage of all the perks and benefits, you can move up quickly. It's just like any business, you have to be dedicated to being great before you are noticed.

Cons

Retail hours suck but are a necessary evil. They build your foundation on the company and makes you a great check with a time sacrifice. Bosses make the difference in the job and some places have terrible leadership and others have amazing leadership. Don't judge the company as an entity based on the few leaders that shouldn't be around.

Pros

Pays well and great benefits.

Cons

Unpredictable, lays off twice a year and VERY process heavy. Executive mgmt changes direction of company every year!
