The only thing good is the money

Money is substantial Benefits are top tier The company isn’t going under anytime soon

Cons

60 hour weeks no OT Company car only once you’ve driven to your garage- not for commute Weekends and late nights Days start at 630am and end around 5pm Short staffed at the first level management level Constantly changing priorities, very demanding job with no appreciation outside of paychecks Zero investment in talent development of existing first level management Upward/lateral mobility is almost nonexistent unless it will benefit your boss/bosses
