Pros

Fast paced and a variety of situations. Pay was on par with many other opportunities in the same space. Very good systems to support sales cycle. Benefits were desireable.

Cons

Constant performance pressure. If you hit your goal, expect more to be added the next cycle. When someone is on a break, please be respectful of their time.

Pros

Solid camaraderie amongst team Pay can be very good

Cons

Selling can feel sketchy sometimes. Often pushing products onto customers that don’t need said products. Management really doesn’t seem to care too much for specialist. You can request a day off several months in advance and it won’t be approved/rejected until a week or two before the day arrives. You cannot take more than one Saturday off per month. It’s just not happening. Sales process is done under the guise of “helping the customer save money” but I literally heard my manager tell a customer, “if you want your bill to go down, you’ve come to the wrong place” Expect to work more than 40 hours every week.

Pros

This is a forward-thinking company that has a genuine knack for staying relevant as the market shifts. There are a ton of opportunities if you are resourceful and proactive about networking. The benefits package is a major highlight, specifically the tuition assistance and free internal training. If you’re a lifelong learner, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

While the company is great at looking forward, it sometimes forgets to look at its foundation. Pay for frontline employees isn't quite competitive with the workload. Additionally, the frequent "talent reductions" create a sense of instability for tenured employees. It can feel a bit chaotic when high-performing veterans are let go without much warning.
