Pros

Great benefits, excellent work life balance, management is engaged, challenging work without being overwhelming. Team members are excellent and very competent. 100% remote before pandemic, no RTO mandate. Management makes you feel engaged and valued.

Cons

Pay could be better, benefits while excellent... don't really stand out.
