Excellent wlb since no one is motivated anymore to actually anything thanks to the wonderful new CEO…

Cons

new CEO, Dan, took the reigns and now its gone completely downhill: - layoffs have completely demoralized all teams and caused basically all talent to leave - company is more focused on AI investment than taking care of their employees, they gutted tuition assistance significantly and reduced vacation accumulation from 150% to 125% in a clear move to prepare for more RIF’s and avoid paying out, absolutely scummy move - Upper leadership is in chaos, constant reorgs now as upper leadership is leaving, likely most of them sensing a sinking ship… - many friends have begun complaining about verizons customer service and having issues paying bills etc, the cracks are starting to show
