New technology, package and benefits

Cons

Legacy projects needs updated technology and employee training on those new tech. Don't waste training fund on waste and age old training sessions

Pros

OnCue was amazing. The great engineering is still the backbone of the stack.

Cons

Verizon broke Oncue into two. The part that went to Aol all got laid off. The part that remained with Verizon got drowned in the rapid backfill hiring. Now it's a East Coast telecom culture in Silicon Valley. The executives are clueless at anything other than selling phones. It's really a joke
