Pros

Generally people at Verizon seems to take well to new and creative ideas. Good pay rates.

Cons

Very big hierarchy structured company with heavy politics and internal bickering distracts from quality of product. Most of the managers I worked for seem to worry much more about politics than their employees.

Good work life balance. Minimal work pressure. Great leader accessible any time. Lively workspace. No hierarchical differences between employees. Active HR team.

Cons

Limited scope for new learning. Extreme restrictions on website access through desktop. Heavy security and scrutiny. Renumeration is slightly low for a fortune 500 company.
