Pros

Fabulous pay and benefits. Best I've seen anywhere. Very interesting work. Surrounded by very smart and friendly people.

Cons

Verizon's size is it's weakness. Massive bureaucracy make getting work done very difficult at times. Poor processes are in place for developing software and websites, and then the poor process is not followed making things even worse.

Pros

Benefits. US based company: so if you really impress your bosses, you'll be able to jump quickly. As you get promoted, your chances to do something different reduce.

Cons

Less Opportunities to learn and work on something of your choice. Language problem: Even though company rules strictly ask employees to use English as a means of communication, that is very rare.
